Calming chronic cough

I usually take 25,000 IU of vitamin A for asthma, essential for skin and mucous membranes, but purchased this due to stock issues. It's small and easy to consume, making it ideal for someone like me who takes various supplements. During the cold winter months, I take large amounts (50,000 to 70,000 IU). My husband, who has asthma, took 120,000 IU, which calmed his cough. Vitamin C and high protein are also crucial for allergic conditions like asthma.
